A one part, solvent‐free, quick setting, moisture curing polyurethane D4 adhesive specially formulated for bonding a wide range of material to create a strong and waterproof glue.

Features: – Rapid curing, sets in 5 minutes. Full strength achieved in 12 hours. D4 water resistance classification to EN204.

Application: Can be used in joinery and carpentry, for bonding garden furniture, staircases, boats, wooden constructions, sandwich panels and insulation materials. It has excellent adhesion to wood, chipboard, laminate, metals, polyurethane, leather, expanded and extruded polystyrene foams, mineral wool, concrete, stone, bricks, gypsum boards and all traditional porous substrates. The adhesive film has very good flexibility and can resist water and frost. It can also be painted or stained once cured.

Instructions: Preparation: As from 24 August 2023 adequate training is required before industrial or professional use. Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease or contaminants that may hinder adhesion. WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES.
Application: Cut the tip of the applicator nozzle to the required width. Apply adhesive sparingly to one of the surfaces to be bonded (or both surfaces if they are both porous). For better contact spread the glue with a disposable brush, assemble parts immediately and clamp for at least 1 hour to achieve the maximum bond strength. The addition of water to one surface will speed up the cure, apply with either a damp cloth or a light spray. The adhesive will expand slightly as it cures filling any irregularities in the substrate. Clamping or gripping is recommended to achieve maximum bond strength. For lighter objects, try holding the joint together with rubber bands.
Setting Time: Has an open time of approximately 10 minutes. Setting time will be achieved in 1-2 hours with full bond strength after 24 hours.
Cleaning: Clean away any excess adhesive with a dry cloth or with paint thinners. Once the glue is dried it is best removed mechanically.

Limitations: Do not use on polythene, polypropylene, bitumen or asphalt. If unsure always test an inconspicuous area before full application.
