Name: Monster Tape

A high strength, water resistant, all purpose, tape with high tack for binding, fixing, sealing, repairing, joining, protecting, marking and much more.

Features: High adhesion strength. – Water resistant. – Easy tear. – Heavy duty. – Can be applied to damp surfaces. Specification: Backing: PE laminated synthetic cloth; Adhesive: Natural rubber resin; Density: approx 454g per metre square; Thickness: 420 microns +/- 10%; Tensile Strength: >180N; Adhesion to Steel Plate >5.5N/cm; Temperature Resistance: ca. 2 hours at 80oC.

Application: Rubber based adhesive provides long lasting adhesion on most substrates, and will adhere to rough surfaces. Can be applied to wet and damp surfaces. Temporary (max. 5 hours) leak repair and water immersion. Will withstand short term water exposure e.g. rain showers.

Instructions: 1. Ensure surfaces are clean, free from dust and relatively dry. 2. Remove outer packaging from roll of tape.
3. Peel required amount of tape from roll, pressing firmly into place whilst unrolling.
4. Cut with a knife or tear when finished.

Limitations: Do not use on dusty or oily surfaces.
