Name: Gripbond White Solvent-Free Gap-Filling Adhesive

An environmentally friendly, multi-purpose, gap-filling adhesive offering instant grab and tough permanent bond on virtually any porous or non‐porous surfaces.

Features: Solvent-free/water based. – Non-slumping. – Low odour. – Gap-filling properties: bridging gaps up to 12mm. – Over paintable.- Low VOC content (99% VOC free). – For interior use.

Application: Will bond brick, building panels, carpets, chipboards, concrete, coving, floor panels, foam insulation, marble, metals, tiles, timber and polystyrene. Ideal for fixing batons, cladding, counter-tops, drywall partitioning, mouldings, dado rails, mirror tiles, trims and wall boards. Also an excellent adhesive for bonding stair nosings, gripper rods and general construction work. Apply using a standard cartridge gun (BDCG400).

Instructions: Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease or any contaminants that may hinder adhesion.
Application: At least one of the surfaces to be bonded must be porous. Apply using a standard sealant gun with the nozzle cut at an angle of 45°, and to the required bead width. Place cartridge in a standard cartridge gun and apply as required. Once applied, surfaces should be firmly pressed together to aid bonding. If heavy panels are being bonded, temporary mechanical support may be necessary for 24 hours.
Cleaning: Excessive material can be removed using clean water or Bond It Multi-Wipes. Clean tools after use with water.

Limitations: This adhesive should not be applied to building materials that bleed oils, plasticisers or solvents, such as asphalt and bitumen. Do not use where both surfaces are non-porous. Do not use as a mirror adhesive – please use either Bond It Glass-Mate or Mirror Pro for mirror installations. Do not use in aeas subject to frequent water immersion.
