A high quality, water‐resistant, water‐based sealant with non‐cracking formulation. A high quality, water-resistant, waterbased sealant with non-cracking formulation and good adhesion to most building materials.

Features: Prevents craze cracking when painted. – Highly flexible: maximum flex 12.5%. – Contains a fungicide. – Can be painted, varnished and stained within 1 hour. – Excellent adhesion to most building materials. – Good weathering. -Non-corrosive. – Internal and external applications. – UKCA Approved. – Conforms to BS EN 15651‐1:2012.

Application: Ideal for sealing connection joints between stairs, walls, ceilings, skirtings, window sills, wooden and metal window frames, concrete and brickwork and for filling cracks, screw/nail holes in walls and ceilings of most materials. Adheres to most surfaces without the use of a primer and is non-corrosive to metals. For interior and exterior use (only use in good, dry weather conditions and it must stay dry for at least 5 hours after application). Can be used to fill deep and wide gaps (20mm deep x 25mm wide), however, this will increase the time it takes to fully cure. Easy to clean, it can be over-painted, stained or varnished for
colour matching purposes within 1 hour. Highly flexible, it is more resistant to movement and is formulated to prevent craze cracking and discolouration of paint when over painted with most water based and synthetic paints. Contains a fungicide which helps retard
mould growth.

Instructions: Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease or any contaminants that may hinder adhesion. If necessary, in addition to mechanical means, cleaning with a solvent such as acetone is recommended for degreasing.
Application: Apply using a standard sealant gun with the nozzle cut at an angle of 45°, and to an opening slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. Apply using a standard sealant gun. Tool down within 10 minutes of application using a slightly wetted spatula or sponge.
Do not tool down once a skin has started to form and do not saturate the surface with water as this will delay the curing process. Can be over painted with emulsion paint as soon as skin forms, after approximately 1 hour. For oil based paints allow to dry completely for 24-48 hours before over painting. We recommend a test patch should be performed prior to commencing any paint work to check compatability.
Cleaning: Clean tools with soapy water, Bond It Multi-Wipes or White Spirit after use.

Limitations: This is NOT a silicone sealant. Not suitable when: – Applied externally during rainy weather – protect from rain for at least 6 hours after application; – Applied at temperatures below +5°C. Cold and humid conditions will slow drying; – Used in joints constantly immersed in water; – Used in contact with bituminous, asphalt or tar based products; – Used in areas of high abrasion, e.g. floor joints.
