Name: 1 Part All Purpose Wood Filler
An easy to use, ready mixed, solvent-free wood filler, ideal for filling small imperfections (max 5mm depth) and covering the recesses left by nails and screws in wood.

Application: General wood filling of windowsills, frames, banisters, MDF and laminates, etc. Repairing wood damaged by wet rot in both internal and external locations. Repair damage and chips to parquet or laminate flooring, wooden furniture, etc.
Instructions: Preparation: Ensure the repair area is clean and dry and free from dust or any contamination that may affect adhesion. Cover any nail and screw heads with an oil based paint and allow to dry. Application: Wet down the surfaces that the material is to be applied to. Stir well before use. Apply with a wetted filling knife or spreader, forcing into cracks and holes. For deep holes, build up in layers allowing each layer to dry. Leave slightly proud and when completely dry, sand down. Drying time touch dry in 30 minutes. When over painting, staining or varnishing, you may get a colour difference with the surrounding wood, so always check on a small area first. Do not add stain to direct to paste. Not suitable for filling gaps between floor boards. Cleaning: All tools should be cleaned immediately after use with warm soapy water.
Limitations: For outdoor applications the cured filler must be sealed with an oil based paint (leave filler to dry for 12 hours before applying paint). As the filler may absorb some stains at different rates to the surrounding timber, always test a small area first. Note: filler may dry darker. Do not exceed 5mm in one coat. For holes deeper than 5mm or for areas subject to impact such as doors and window frames, use Bond It 2 PART WOOD FILLER. Protect from rain when
used externally for at least 5 hours. Do not apply below +5oC.
