Application: A unique blend of polymers and aggregates that bind together chemically. On exposure to the atmosphere GEO‐FIX® All Weather forms a stable, solid, mass that is unaffected by the weather once cured. For use in both dry and wet conditions. For pointing paving joints 5mm+. Suitable for domestic and commercial installations. Also compatible with most types of paving including natural stone, porcelain, terracotta, clay, concrete and cobble stones. Ideal for patios, pathways and any paved areas and is suitable for open porch ways / covered areas. Normally cures between 4 and 6 hours. When considering application, remember this compound is formulated as joint filler for all kinds of paving materials.

Instructions: For full preparation details refer to TDS. Application: 1. Wet the paving surface. The paving must be kept wet during application but free from standing pools of water. Failure to wet the paving surface will result in temporary staining. Ensure that the areas where you are not working remain wet at all times. This
is particularity important in warm or hot weather. 2. Carefully open the vacuum-packed bag and sprinkle GEO-FIX® All Weather sufficient to cover an area of 2-3 m2.
3. Using a soft brush, push the GEO-FIX® All Weather into the joints ensuring that they are filled with the compound. The material MUST be compacted into the joints.
4. Compact GEO-FIX® All Weather into the joints with a suitable tool or by use of a vibrating plate.
5. Top up and compact again ensuring a fully compacted and topped up joint before carefully sweeping off any excess with a soft brush ensuring that the material is swept at a 45° angle to the joints.
6. Finish the surface decoratively giving a smooth flat finish with a pointing tool before moving onto the next area to be jointed. 7. Any residue left on the surface when cured can be simply cleaned off by sweeping with a stiff brush. For best results, use this system as a joint filler for paving projects, ensuring each joint is properly filled and compacted.

Limitations: Do not use on joints narrower than 5mm. Do not use on joints less than 15mm deep. This is
particulalrly important when using with porcelain tiles as the bedding slurry coat can encroach in to the joint gap as tiles are bedded in; ensure there is still a 15mm gap left once this has set to allow for curing of the jointing compound.
