A concentrated (20 times stronger) mortar plasticiser designed to improve the workability of brick laying and plastering mortars, as well as increasing their resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. Removes the need for lime and reduces the risk of cracking and crazing.

Application: For addition to brick mortars, cement renders, plaster, pointing mixes. Replacing lime in the above mixes.

Instructions: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. This product is supplied in a carefully measured dosage bottle, simply squeeze the bottle to administer the correct amount of liquid into the delivery nozzle. Use at the rate of 4ml per 25Kg bag of cement. For hand mixing best results are obtained by adding the MORTAR PLASTICISER to the gauging water, reducing the total volume of water to achieve the desired consistency. In the case of mechanical mixes the MORTAR PLASTICISER may be added directly to the cement mixer. Use the appropriate sand/cement ratio for dense, high quality mortar. Ensure the mortar is firmly compacted and do not overmix.

Limitations: Do not use at temperatures below +2oC or when temperature is expected to drop below 0oC within 24 hours.
